Meet the Mind Behind MindMenders

Pat Stafford, M.Ed., is the Owner and Director of MindMenders Center and a certified cognitive skills therapist with over four decades of teaching experience across all grade levels—from elementary to college. With advanced training in the Structure of Intellect (SOI®), Integrated Practice Protocol (IPP®), and The Listening Program®, Pat offers a unique, science-backed approach to helping learners overcome cognitive, sensory, and academic challenges. Her passion for this work began as a personal journey, advocating for her own son with learning differences, and has since grown into a lifelong mission to support students of all ages. Pat’s programs blend cognitive development, multi-sensory instruction, and individualized therapy to help each client build confidence and thrive. She has an unwavering commitment to helping individuals mend their minds and unlock their full potential.
